How automated is it?

The engine is fully automated. Simply log everything you would normally do through your week: training, nutrition, activity, recovery and habits. Each week Physique Pilot reads your trends and adjusts your plan around your goals and upcoming events. You get told what changed and why, and you can always override it.

Question 2

I already use MyFitnessPal and a training app. Why switch?

Accepted Answer

Because they don't talk to each other. Your food app doesn't know you added two cardio sessions, and your training app doesn't know you're in a deficit. Physique Pilot sees all of it together, so adjustments are better informed towards your specific goals and needs.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

It becomes £7.99 every 4 weeks. You're not charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, from Settings in two clicks, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

How does the engine work?

Two things sit behind it. A curated library of 73 peer-reviewed studies across hypertrophy, nutrition, recovery, biomechanics and nutrient timing, drawn from 2019 to 2025 research. And the practical side of competitive bodybuilding: we worked with IFBB-level coaches on progressive overload, nutrient timing, macronutrients and micronutrients, and managed volume. The judgement calls an experienced coach would make are built in, and every decision comes with the reasoning it used.

Is it suitable if I'm a beginner?

Yes. We have a structured onboarding process to ensure that beginners are coached in a more hands on way, with both the engine learning and adapting as your progress, but also providing education for you to learn from as you progress towards your goals.

What if I miss a week?

Accepted Answer

Nothing breaks. It picks up from your most recent data and, if you've been away a while, re-anchors to where you actually are rather than where the old plan assumed you'd be.

Question 8

Is my health data safe?

Accepted Answer

Your data is encrypted, never sold, and never used to train anyone else's training engine. You can export or delete everything from Settings at any time.
